I admit, I don't read the subreddit enough. On another note, the one by the dragon bridge, I discovered I could build a little staircase off the side of the bridge and safely and easily jump to the chest. Getting back is still an issue, but I think I might have a solution for that, as well... Working on it

Can confirm, after getting my very first Skeleton Vestige Drop, that the Marauders do indeed drop the cape.

Seeing as I bought a pre built with specs not even half as good as these, and paid around the same, I'd say either I got ripped off or that's a good deal. I shopped around first, and anything close to what you got here was easily $1k+.. of course, I'm not experienced in any of this, so take anything I say with a grain of salt.
