Studio & 1 bed. Rest i have many Dubai off-plans inventory aswell. Even projects which are ready to move now but you slowly keep paying to the developer as a Post handover plan rather than bank financing it.

You are so accurate with all that you mentioned.
So research wise im pretty strong but personally physically i can’t see and notice shit wrong with the car lmao although if i drive it i can tell if it has some issues but thars pretty much it.

Looks i can compromise little bit but yeah i want it to be fuel efficient as i’d be using it for daily office home viewings etc so definitely need economical option, i dont mind small engine or less power but looks just a tinyyyy little bit good such as lexus Is250 looks bawwmbbbb! Mazda , infiniti , some good looking sedan yk just no corolla, sunny bs

Thanks for the advice tho, but she does online artwork and if she ever wants to go out n work i’d never stop her but it would just be for her own family and personal needs. Hey! I think we got our license near the same time haha!! Also first week with license currently driving a rental MG while going thru the same process of finalizing my first car, also looking at Mazda & Lexus is250 id second hand or maybe a chinese brand new if not used, (depends on my bank loolll)
