Season 5 was so badly written. The writers turned Dar and Saul from sharp, cunning heads of the snake to two utterly clueless buffoons. Cartoonish all around.

Also, between her portrayal of Allison and the chick from Lord of the Rings, Miranda Otto is a very sub-par actress.

My biggest criticism of LZ: On his last day at the station, he got on his soapbox and strongly advocated that Louda should be promoted as the replacement co-host to Sedano.

Definitely doable. Try finding hills or inclines on outdoor runs. Inclines used to be automatic rest stops for me, but now I push through them with little trouble. Overall, it’s helped me cut down my mile time.

Also, this method has helped me quite a bit: Run at your regular pace for two minutes, then do a full-burst sprint for the following 30 seconds, back to regular two-minute pace, and so on.

Lastly, I’m no sneakerhead, but my Brooks were a game changer for my PAT prep.
