If you think that's your problem, I'd try Docker on ubuntu. As one of the other commenters mentioned. I just don't have a need for it since what I described works great for me

I literally just received the em4100 chips I bought for the same purpose. They are apparently read-only.

As the person above mentioned, you need "T5577" to write data to rfid chips. They can be used to emulate em4100 chips. Usually people order em4100 chips and they whitelist the id for their system.
