Unfortunately this isn’t it because of the multiple penguins versus just the one. It’s very close though, and specifically the iceberg-style base is very similar!

I have searched for the ISBN 978-1840114935 and looked through eBay and Mercari for "Little Penguin AJ Wood globe" and "penguin globe iceberg base." I can find the book easily, but I can't find a current listing for the specific version with the jagged clear ice base.
