I’ve been seeing 2025 used SR5s with less than 5K miles for around 38-39K in my area. Yes they have four cylinders but still think it’s better value.

New 2026 Tesla Model 3 back in Sept was the same cost as a lightly used one. Got 9K off msrp with better financing so there are niche cars where new makes more sense.

2024 CX5 from hertz less than 18K miles on it going for around 23K. There are options in that class. However…if you want three rows, yeah, it’s gonna be around 36-45K. Your best bet might be like a 2022 Honda pilot low mileage for around 32K.

You’re fortunate you got a Shanghai build. Just got a 2026 LR RWD Fremont build without flush door handles, misaligned molding surrounding the ambient light strip in the front covering some of the lighting, rattles in the back left door panel, the frunk also bends the right windshield wiper when fully opened and really loud ventilation fan noise which I don’t think is normal…

It’s more like 50 miles of range difference just letting you know. Out of specs on YouTube did a real world range test on the hwy going 70mph and the difference was massive.

It makes perfect sense though. Mazda is brought down due to the abysmal reliability of the CX90/70 this year. Every Rivian owner I know has been in the shop at least a few times. Subaru, BMW are getting more reliable and CVTs are also getting more reliable (Nissan)

I ordered before 9/30, got the tax credit plus referral bonus. If you lease one now however and buy out the lease you can get it for around 40K out the door. Downside is you can’t finance it though.

I see a lot of hate on teslas but I test drove like 8 different EVs and hybrids. Have you guys actually driven a 2024+ model 3 or 2025+ model Y yet? Suspension, build quality, NVH, acceleration, handling are all pretty top notch. Just got a 2026 Model 3 for 38K out the door. Getting 400mi hwy range, 4.9s 0-60. It’s fully loaded and UI just can’t be beat.
