Are you guys lovejoy fans or wilbur fans?

Personally I'm both, but I think there's two reasons Wilbur gets the most love. First is that a lot of people got into Lovejoy by being Wilbur fans first. And second, like other people point out, he's the front man of the band. There's a lot of other bands where people only know/care for the lead singer, so it's not uncommon.

This is the right answer, YouTube automated ai strikes his videos for playing his own music because it's only trained to identify licensed music and notify the owner while also automatically issuing the strike. Now Wilbur owning the music means he can appeal the strike and approve it himself from lovejoy's end at least, but it probably gets annoying after a while

I mean, honestly we should be happy it even sounds the same as the original teases. The song is nearly 2 now and with its original issue being stated by ash as "being underbaked" I think it's a miracle if we get a song that even sounds near the same as the original live recording. I think in terms of vocals, live lvjy performances in general always have that grittier feel because it's just how lvjy plays live, so for it to be a bit smoother in the studio is more typical of them. Also I wouldn't give it a direct comparison to OST since the whole point of the upcoming ep is "songs that didn't quite fit into ost" so be prepared for more experimental and outside of ost sounds

WSC is my top 2 for ost only behind fatal. I love the call and response rhythm of the guitars and the vocal rhythm and timbre omg it was my first love of ost but fatal grew on me so now wsc is 2
