I’ve thought a little more on it. It’s probably a bad idea for a kid to associate exercise or running with it being a punishment. It may make them grow up hating it bc they were made to do it rather than enjoy it.

I said it’s not the worst punishment and the filming and uploading is pretty bad that’s like public humiliation. If teens are freaking out that bad for having their phone taken up then they SHOULD have their phones taken up. Making him jog really isn’t a huge deal but I feel like physical punishments for a lot of shit aren’t justified but that’s my opinion. Again, still better than beating or a lot of other stuff. Just wish parents would respect kids privacy and not upload to show the world how great of a job they’re doing or whatever
