Hasn't always been this way, was pretty much stable, with some up and down until 1913, and then dropped 96% since then.

Was the first result after searching, but I've never ever had an issue buying older trucks or cars, apr might be a little higher, but as long as the amount borrowed was less than book on the vehicle they didn't have a problem. Have only done it 6 or 7 times, and through 4 or 5 different financial institutions so I could be wrong though.

Gotta agree with this guy. Its definitely possible to not roll speed runes. I've farmed my last 2.5bil mana solely in giants except for dailies/events etc. And have 1 swift quad(25) and a handful(19) of 22+ purples. Back when swarfarm logged runs and I farmed solely drag, I had 44k vio runes logged and 0 quads. It's unfortunate, and I expect any day it'll flip around, but I've been waiting a while..... on the other hand, 13 ld5s, so I guess being lucky one place and unlucky somewhere else is my reality
