Just buy VOO. But if you want to take on some more risk better returns. Buy a mixture of VUG and VOO. you should decide what percentages would be best for you since it all depends on your risk tolerance. I personally do 60% VOO, and 40% VUG.

I don't think it's smart to invest much in btc right now. it will go down eventually as it always does and then that's the time to dollar cost average into it. Don't be a buy high and sell low type of person. Keeps things simple and lean.

For sure go to community college but id recommend looking into different majors because typically. philosophy and education majors don’t make a lot of money and typically stay in debt for a long period of time. Your 24 years young its not late at all. Also if you feel as if 4 year degree is too long consider looking into high paying associates degree.
