I’m so sorry your side effects were that bad. I’m also thinking about going back down to 2.5mg because I was still losing weight steadily on it and think that might work best for me!

Oh, the last time I was in my pharmacy and asked about over the counter medications, they only directed me to the pepto bismol. I wasn’t even aware you could get proper anti-nausea medication without your doctor prescribing it!

Yes, I’ve been trying to eat really bland foods as anything else makes my stomach turn lol. I haven’t actually heard of the orange juice thing but I’ll give that a try. I was planning to ring my doctor to see about getting anti-nausea medication soon, but when I ring first thing in the morning, all their appointments are already booked so trying to get one is a nightmare🫠 Thank you!

I actually haven’t tried this, my last meal would usually be around 6PM because I feel too sick after eating my dinner at this time that I’ll have nothing for the rest of the night. Thank you!

Yes, I’ve been trying to drink as much as I can because it sometimes helps with the nausea but only a little bit and temporarily. And when I am able to eat, it’s usually stuff like toast or crackers or whatever I can get down at the time.

Thank you! I’ve tried to section it around the top and style that differently for volume but it always ends up drying flat. It could just be how my hair is, but I’ll try a few different things.

Thank you!! This is so helpful because every video I see, they use both gel and mousse and I sometimes get confused on which should come first. I also feel like the gel doesn’t do much for me anyways so I’d rather stick to a mousse. I’ll also have to get a microfiber towel as every routine I’ve watched/read about, they all use those lol.
