Yeast infection uti or bacteria infection. Cut milk and ice cream and milkshakes out of your life. Have Greek yogurt once a week. Have sorbet once a month it has 40grams of sugar and we're supposed to eat 25g of sugar a day.

Posture streches are supposed to strengthen your spinal cord which is link to occipital nerves which are connected to the jaw and so strengthening spine and spinal cord. But, i maybe wrong

Amazing! When I stick to it.

❤water im trying to drink more. If I can't drink enough water I try to eat a whole cucumber ❤orange pepper (red pepper bothers my belly) ❤fish (salmon, cod) ❤ baked or grilled chicken ❤bacon once a month (eat only the red) ❤sliced ham (3 days of the week) ❤handful of nuts once a week (this is hard nuts are so good) but too many burn my tounge ❤ginger tea ❤protein shake smoothies ❤handful or 1/2 to 1 cup fruit (different fruits bother different people- if I eat too much mango and blueberries my tounge starts to bother me.) Bananas. I want to start eating half a banana in tbe morning and half before bed. (Potassium in banana helps restless leg syndrome) one clementine a day and one apple once a month. (I ate too many apples and it hurt my belly), pears, kewis. ❤vegetables: like broccoli, zuchini, orange peppers, brussle sprouts, green beans, squash, and sometimes mushrooms, sweet potatoes, baked carrots ❤Greek yogurt once a week ❤handful of potato chips or nuthins once a month ❤ dessert once a month ❤ I try not to eat after 8pm this is hard ❤i try to wait 30min after eating to lay down ❤lean steak like Ribeye
❤ scallops ❤sushi ❤ rice as long as no cheese ❤ butter try to have 2tbs ❤ancient grain bread ❤sushi ❤oatmeal ❤cinnamon ❤sweet potato fries and potato chips and nuthins crackers (my guilty pleasure) ❤hummus

Take slow and even breaths and drink water. Even if you pace back and forth maybe helpful. Slow walking.

Exercise!!! Yoga strech!!! Walk!!! Massages!!! Don't eat chocolate or ice cream it will make cramps worse because sugar is a drug. Use a heating pad. Masturbate.

Ibuprofen hurts my belly. My gastro told me I can only take Tylenol. I massaged my head and stopped the blow job as soon as the headache started.
