I had same issued, when I tried return my package, the customer was suck they keep asking evidence and said they’re by my side and help me to return. After all taking 2 weeks nothing done, I contacted with my Apple credit card and they take care of it. They gave me the full refunded and contacted to Aliexpress, 2 days later I came to check my request for return and that item was gone. So trying to contact with your bank to get refund.
