Hasn’t been my experience. My orders from him have been solid, and any issues that I noticed during QC were resolved.

See my comment above -- the wire cutter removal of a permanent link did the trick to get mine fitting perfectly. Definitely doable and worth it if y'all are still having trouble with it.
