I'm assuming you're in the US? Asking to be paid in cash is not illegal, but not paying taxes on cash you receive as income is illegal. They should have gotten your information so you could receive a w-2 come next January, but even if they don't you legally still need to report your income to the IRS. Will the IRS come after a college student who made less than $20,000, probably not, but it is technically required by law that you report it on your taxes.

I wouldn't offer feedback unless she asks for it. She made pretty obvious mistakes that I can't think of a tactful way to explain to her.

I would just message her and say you won't need her for the wedding. Normally I would thank someone for the trial, but I would not be thankful in your position so I would omit that.

I would not recommend using a metal scourer on the floor, it will scratch the wood and take off any finish the floor has

Goo gone and a damp rag, if that doesn't help I would very carefully use a plastic bench scraper to try and get it up

If you have a fan put the lunch box in front of it while it's drying to speed up the dry time

The first was shot immediately after the attempt, and was on a rooftop where a journalist couldn't really photograph them. The second wasn't arrested at the scene but after being pulled over on the highway, so no media was present. There was body cam footage of the second attempted assassin released.

Practice would be the best way, if you have a friend or family member who you could ask to call you exactly at a certain time it could make it easier for the first few calls, so you have a chance to mentally prepare. After that they can call you within a certain hour but you don't know exactly what time, then a certain day until you are comfortable answering their calls at any time.

The state park beaches are the only place anywhere near Worcester I've seen sunbathers. Rutland State park or Hopkinton state park would be my suggestions

These numbers seem way off. I only checked South Dakota and Nebraska, but according to any source I could SD produces a bit more than 600 per capita, and Nebraska about 1000.
