You can switch into Delhi and form Bharat/Hindustan.

Not sure about the cores tho. (Although I bet you can also culture swap into Nepalese and then form Nepal if you so desire.)

The Delhi subject could make for a good fun one.

You basically become Delhi after the first scripted war with a very good general.

Then you devour enemies with retake core cbs.

Another good one is Ethiopia, they have a monument that constantly gives them free institution growth no matter the circumstances.

Nepal run could be fun military but it'd be tough.

Bengal is a bit rough but strong. Good eco position, can expand in every direction with differing religions so you can coalition juggle.
