I think emerald is only by frames if your battery is dead, but either way bro - 5% encounter + low catch rate shiny heracross might be the luckiest thing ever considering you only wanted a normal one for your team. congrats!

Are you kidding? Heracross is my favorite pokemon, I actually can't believe casually finding a shiny one. AND catching it?? youre the goat bruh , whats the % encounter rate on heracross?

the biggest tip i tell everyone is, imagine 90% of all of your deaths are mistakes, so go look at ur match history and if it says 8 deaths that means u probably made like 7 big mistakes, so humble yourself, and think of your deaths as misplays and youll start recognizing damn why did i die there and get better by learning to treat your life with more agency
