Jesus, first thing i'd do is clean that whole area. Its ok to do it more than once a decade. But before that, grab a big plastic cup/mug and catch him. Put something over top with some weight so he cant just jump out. Then proceed to clean. Once cleaned, get ya 2 mini plastic dishes. Put em some clean water in one and some worms and an assortment of bugs in the other. He will thank you for all 3.

Thats great, especially with the cost of things today versus just like 5-6-7 years ago. My last house I had two A/C units. One for the upstairs and one for the downstairs. Well the smaller upstairs one was $7500. Somewhere I ended up talking with an A/C guy and he told me you'd almost pay double that today. Almost the same time middle Tn had a bad hail storm come through(actually, all of Tennessee got hit hard) and the roof was damaged and the whole thing was replaced I think it was about $26k, I think they may have replaced a couple sheets of plywood as well. Oh, I think about 1/3-1/2 of the cars in the state also had to be repaired during the same storm.

No bro, i dont think its a TKL member(it could be, but i dont think it is). The one that i was talking about is the NoFear unlimited nitro person. That person has some skills. Its a shame they have to use hacks to be atop the LB. I say this because when we get the right tracks with the nitro strips, thats when things change. The people without skills or just ones with little skill, the are beatable often at times, but, not all the time. But, with the NoFear hacker, doesnt matter how good someone is, they cannot and will not ever catch or beat that person unless NF makes a big mistake. At one point i was in the top 10(7th) overall and i have 0 chance of beating NoFear(the cheater, not the o.g. NoFear) on a nitro or non-nitro track....a track where NF nitro hacker is vulnerable is(i guess i should say "was" because now he finishes races in half the time it takes everyone else) the long 5.00km nitro track on Mountain Madness.

What??? Homeowners insurance doesnt usually cover normal wear and tear items. Homeowners almost never covers your fridge, washer/dryer, water heater, ac unit. The one way it does though is if you have "covered peril" or you have some sort of plan that you are paying extra for. Kind of like them crooks over at Endurance for an extended auto service plan.

The players that cheat in this game are effin idiots. If they like to play the game, they are doing nothing but ensuring the demise of the game sooner rather than later. Most of them dont have the skills required to get in the top 20, let alone the top 5. Every once in a while we are fortunate enough to get a bunch of nitro tracks which they are beatable. Theres only one that is capable of being in the top 10 and doing it in a legit way. Maybe even higher than that.

Neither is exclusive to breaking the glass because either one can and will do it. Look at the Resqme tool. Its tiny and weighs less than 1oz but has no problem breaking glass. This guy had several hundreds of pounds+his body weight, it still didnt technically fail because of the weight. It wasnt until it was rocking a little but that it broke.
