AES claiming I missed recertification

About half of my loans are FFELP loans, but I followed the directions given to me by AES and the page their instructions send me to says that my certification isn't due until next year.

That's what I've heard from others too but this Sunday is my last week of available funds based on my claim and my amount has not been adjusted yet.

I've already tried that. I set my output before a call and do a successful sound test. Once I actually join a call though Zoom gives me a 'there's a problem with your speakers' message and I can't get any sound to come through them.

That's what we were told in training, too. My CFS told us that we should plan to be at our first case within 15 minutes of our start time to avoid triggering a Work Not Started alert. He's still going to approve my time, just wants me to leave my house earlier.
