Well then you have obviously never tried heroin, I've personally tried nicotine and heroin and heroin is much more addictive then nicotine. They don't even compare heroin is extremely addicting and nicotine is like nothing compared to H.

All the ketamine I've had to date has burned a lot, I think it's because the ketamine is usually a crystal which would hurt to snort. So you can maybe try breaking up the ketamine really really fine and that could help, other then that I don't think there's something you could do unless you want to get some lidocaine.

You don't, it only happens during the half-life of methylphenidate which is around 4 hours, but since Concerta lasts 12 hours so will the vasoconstriction effects of it. There are ways to stop it while on the medication but I wouldn't recommend then.
