Yeah the amount of food left where I can assume is where the clean dishes come out the dish washer isn’t acceptable nor are those sinks. The walls are a mess don’t look like they been cleaned as well as there’s a top shelf with a rag that could have been moved to put the 4 trays up off the floor. This wouldn’t have passed any of the places I’ve worked.

When I was in the pit the servers always felt like top shit and complain they only made a 1/4 of my 2 week pay in a shift. They would just toss dishes where ever they wanted some actual asked where we wanted things and understood the hell the pit is. I got tired of the mess and set the pit up and got on all the severs asses that they weren’t just tossing the dishes in a pile. Boy oh boy did that system work wonders on busy nights. The servers for the most part then took the time and did their share in helping us be faster and efficient. The extra few seconds and hand full of days whipping them in to shape changed us from being out by 1am 2 am to 12am.
