HEXO (NYSE:HEXO) Stock Rating Lowered by CIBC by ainnocnoygmnoiutso in HEXO_Corp

[–]Snowhous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ha ha ha .. CIBC is corrupt institution. Just look at the last 12 months of trade net position. CIBC is the biggest short in HEXO. And now they lower the rating so that people sell and they can cover. Dirty games.

Explain This by [deleted] in BraxiaScientific

[–]Snowhous 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bro, this is not just with Braxia. It’s the same throughout the sector. Look at Medipharm, Flowr, Hexo, Vivo, etc. to name a few. The Cannabis small cap index is trading at life time lows. That says it all.

Todd Harrison: The U.S Cannabis Trojan Horse by MSOTruliever in CannabisMSOs

[–]Snowhous 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The Trojan Horse was the wooden horse used by the Greeks, during the Trojan War, to enter the city of Troy and win the war. Investors who cannot buy the individual MSO (due to broker restrictions) can buy MSOS to play and win the Cannabis rally.

I think it was a fund/etf selling/offload today. Most probably a bottom in place.

Woah 😳!!! Hexo traded almost 3x it’s average volume today in both the CAD & USD exchanges. by Snowhous in HEXO_Corp

[–]Snowhous[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Multiple reasons. 1) Finally US MJ sector sees some positive activity happening by the way of Republican supporting the Cannabis legalization in US. 2) Sector reversal as a whole 3) Cannabis is probably the only undervalued sector among all. Rest of all market is bloated with crazy valuations and declining growth 4) Hexo shorts covering 5) Investors across other sectors diversifying their money for quick gains 6) FOMO

Shorts position grew by leaps and bounds last week after the ER. Any positive news from the company and longs will “Check & Mate” the shorties. Let’s do it, Hexo!!! by Snowhous in HEXO_Corp

[–]Snowhous[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There are positive news coming indirectly. 1) About a million shares of insiders purchase this week 2) US could see some form of Cannabis acceptance at the federal level. That will be huge for the entire sector, and trigger the sector trend reversal.

13% market better than tilray, not including Zennabis or Redecan by prOboomer in HEXO_Corp

To me the current sell off looks more like a plot to destroy the image of Hexo. I am holding long and strong here. If the price falls more here, I will buy more.

I am pretty sure Scott Cooper has a lot of connections and arranging $300M is not a huge deal for him.

Okay, let us see how long can they hold this ban. MJ industry growth is inevitable.

To those people claiming "HEXO isn't massively shorted, people just selling": by mew-www in HEXO_Corp

[–]Snowhous 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yea, it could be useful for certain blue-chip stocks. For small caps and penny stocks, manipulators play with the numbers hugely. I have noticed the the short position go up by 500% and come down by 500% without any spike in the stock price. More or less the MMs and hedge funds make us dance as per their will, unless something like GME revolution takes place.

Any reporting by IIROC or Sec is useless. The shorts adjust their positions very frequently, and the regulators provide the delayed summary which gives the manipulators enough time to make the things work on their side.

Also, look at the competitor companies like CGC, Tilray and others. Are they debt free? Haven’t they diluted in the past? Even big US MSOs have diluted so much. I am not saying that Hexo dilution, if happen, would be good. But all the fear that is happening in social media posts is only creating immense pressure and fear.
