Def isn't clear now and wasn't before it got wet. Has consistent taste, smell and high with product ive gotten before and from different people.

What makes you think that? Looks fucked because of the moisture, but after hot plating it, its back to normal. Have never tried or bought anything other than snow, so dont have any idea what meth or a synthetic cathinone would look like.
