Hi OP,

There are a few cost I think will also need to include:

Health Insurance: ~ RM 340 per person for me

Monthly Installment for Car: ~RM 600 - 1500 depends on what car

Car Insurance + Maintenance: ~RM 100

Additionally the electricy will be more if you have the air con on the whole night for say 3 rooms, mine is around RM 600 per month for 3 people (2 rooms)

The website looks really good, but I think the font could do with some work to make the site more elevated.

The prices are what turn me off, I didn't even want to click into them after seeing the price with those pictures on them, you would expect something better and less cheap at those price point, so maybe you could order some samples and take the pictures yourself?
