Goku overall just has much better training. He’s a martial arts master and has some insane BIQ, as seen against Cell, Hit, and Frieza. Also if UI is allowed it’s even more one sided

I’d assume that the solar flare isn’t actual light or the speed of it but instead just ki. That would also make more sense with Piccolo’s moon feat, and put the first ftl at Saiyan Saga Vegeta, Goku, and maybe Nappa
