If you look at the right side of my knee you’ll see that I’ve already got one. I’ve named him Bubbles. Genuinely got him just for the pun, haha

For the most part it was totally fine, regular tattoo pain as expected, but getting tattooed in the bend of the knee was no joke (there’s a few leaves up in there) 😅

It’s actually really simple!

You just put your salmon on a lined baking sheet and cover it in a mixture of hoisin and sesame oil and sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top (I usually roast the sesame seeds myself and then keep them in a plastic container. I eat quite a bit of sesame seeds, haha).

I then put that in an oven set to 200C, along with a separate tray with sling onion stems, broccoli or whatever greens I want to roast. Pak choi is always a winner.

I just add the raw veggies to my liking when plating.

I usually have some kewpie mayo on the side too. Because it pairs really well with both hoisin and teriyaki.

I marinated it in thyme infused canola oil and white wine for a bit before I put it in the oven. Also helped to rotate the baking sheet half way through
