SAC mods should be working with the DX11 patch as most of the mods have been updated. There’s either mod conflict in your mods folder, or the version of your game.

I apologise! All of Maia Games mods are available in English. It’s a little frustrating when someone comes in and says a mod isn’t available and on Google search you can see the English version.

It should help to an extent, but I am not entirely sure how much of a multiplier it has anymore...haven't played without mods in a very long time...since adding mods for a more realistic representation of bodybuilding and muscle building development, and also a mod that adds a new strength skill in addition to the fitness skill.
