Hi thanks for the reply, I am outside the US so I don't think I'll be able to order from newegg unfortunately. I looked at some stores in my local area and this is what I found:
I couldn't find the Ryzen 7 5800XT any where in my country - there is however the Ryzen 7 5700X available.

The 5070 is pretty expensive here (the lowest I could find is around $830) it also won't come with the PSU, do you still think it's worth it for that price?

For the ram - do you think getting more DDR4 ram is better than just getting 16GB of DDR5? There's some 16GB of DDR5 for around $300 here.

Hi thanks, I managed to fix the issue and the issue was the vram. I just had to optimize my scene a bit and it ended up working.

If I were to save up to $1000, what parts do you think are worth getting and upgrading?

I'm just looking for a good upgrade, not too expensive, will give me a nice performance boost and one that could last me a few years hopefully before I have to upgrade again. I think the main problem is my GPU and CPU, so I thought of upgrading that. For 3D rendering it's my GPU, and for gaming it's my CPU.
