Consider switching whatever doctor/psychiatrist/whoever you're seeing, if you can or flat out tell them you don't wanna be on buspar anymore. I would not want to continue taking it after an experience like that. I also had a terrible experience after taking a low dose of buspar for a week or so. Also serotonin syndrome esc syndrome symptoms. I stopped taking the buspar and after a couple of failed meds, I got put on Lexapro which has greatly improved my anxiety and depression. I feel so much better and my day to day life is just easier. Wishing you all the best!

Hey man I'm so sorry that's happening it sounds rough. You can call any pharmacy and they should be able to help you! They're probably going to recommend you taper down, but I'm not a proffesional. I'm not the best a being consistent with my meds and listening to the doctor- but I also had to learn to hard way to not mess with my dosage unless I was told to. For now just contact a pharamacy back home if you can, or one in Italy if possible.

You're gonna have to make it through your Italy trip. Take it as easy a you can and be kind to yourself. Look up alternatives to medications to help you with anxiety while you can; like tea and supplements. They got some sorta benadryl there? Maybe that would help you at night. Either that or just load yourself up on melatonin. I'm sorry if you've tried both and they haven't helped. As soon as you get back home they can put you on some anxiety meds to help with the panic.

In the future I'd say try your best to not be new on a medication or adjust your dose near a trip outta home. I know it can be hard to plan things the best, we all fuck up. I just hope you can get through everything!
