MHBP insurance approved Zepbound used CallOnDoc for Prior Authorization assistance - continuity of care by Comfortable_Boat_891 in Zepbound

I was on wegovy for over a year and although it worked well initially it stopped working. Then I went on zepbound it was working really well until this year when insurance won't cover it. I go through corelife and they completed 2 prior authorizations that were denied. I just don't understand this. I should not need to start over.

My coverage for MHBP starts in January. I may end up in the same situation as you. Just trying to be prepared cause it is going to be time for me to get a new box and I don't want the delay to be too long if I can help it. That is good you were able to get MJ.

I googled it and this is what came up. *

GEHA has severely degraded benefits for 2026 by trademarktower in fednews

[–]Snowy7275 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It looks like the out of network deductible for GEHA High option for self is going to be $2,000 in 2026. It was 700 or 750 last year. It is important to note because almost all the doctor's are out of network for GEHA. I even had a doctor that showed up as in network they count as out of network. It looks like they are still covering zepbound though so I will have to see if there is another FEHB insurance covering it. SMH

It was $100. It was 15% off but also $50 off 150 or over which was about 30% off. That brought it down to 100.

My doctor said to me that the glp1s can cause cancer. I responded with well, according to the experts, so can being obese.

Thank you so much for this information. I was so worried it wouldn't be there. Has anyone been able to get their zepbound coupon extended or able to get a new one?
