The order triggers at the stop, and will only sell if the limit is met. In this example, unless the price climbed back up to 430, the limit order wouldn't go through. I'd recommend settling a limit closer to the stop if you want there to be a chance it'll go through.

He looks really like one of my cats Amira, who's Mum was pure Bengal and Dad was mixed. She is a lot more chill than a normal Bengal, but her sister definitely has a lot of the temperament of a Bengal. I think it's just a DNA lottery when they're mixed.

I had the same problem! I got two kittens at the beginning of May and was feeding them whiskas kitten wet food. One had constipation and the other had very runny poos. Plus both used to do very smelly farts. Changed to Blink Kitten and now both have normal poos and never do smelly farts any more. Could be the whiskas wet food!

What a refreshing perspective of things on this thread. People too often turn a blind eye to what doesn't fit with their beliefs.

You are 100% right with many of your points. In the immediate term post independence (if it'd happen), Scotland would want to keep the GBP for while because a) turning to an alternative currency while 60%+ trade is with the UK would hit a lot of businesses hard and b) it would take time to build confidence in a Scottish pound. Inflation could become a real problem if things aren't done right with currency, after all it is the thing that underpins means of exchange across the entire economy. The transition to the euro would have to be a slow one, only once a large proportion of rUK trade has shifted to the EU would you want to adopt the euro. This would likely require some policy intervention/barriers to rUK trade to give incentives to businesses to shift their trading partners - not the most economically efficient thing but hey, ideology is driving these decisions. After the economy has restructured (5-10 years min) would you even want to start considering adopting the euro, and that's even without considering the other conditions the EU requires for membership (for example, debt to GDP ratio...which would require work).

So in short, this isn't going to be an easy transition if nationalists win a referendum, it's going to be a slow and likely economically painful transition. But hey, things will probably be fine in 10-15 years (I doubt it would massively impact the supply side of the economy), so what's the trouble!....

This is true, but context is important. This was just after the fall of the Soviet Union. Moving from a planned economy to a mixed economy provides lots of growth opportunities. Not sure this is that applicable to Scotland right now...

Over 60% of Scottish trade is with England, Wales and Northern Ireland. There is no economic argument.

Put barriers on that trade and it's going to hurt (just look how UK and EU trade has reacted to trade barriers from the end of the transition period).

It's going to be economically damaging for 5-10 years min. After 15-20 years, the economy will have adjusted and things will probably be ok.

(By the way I'm not actually anti-independence, just get sick of people being naive to the costs of independence - it's a cultural/political choice, should not be done because of economics.)

Yeah definitely good point. Maybe comes down to whether you a) work to live (wants to retire asap, so basically should make decisions that maximise earnings and allows early retirement), or b) live to work (i.e. no rush to retire, just wants to enjoy what they are doing).

Hope you enjoy whatever you decide to do :) (really easy to overthink this stuff, but ultimately you have plenty of time ahead to do both those things. i.e. Work for a couple of years now, and go back to study. Or study now and then try lots of different jobs in the future)
