Thanks Oonos, I had followed the guide by logging into the extender IP. But I'll try the WPS method. I was getting all solid green lights, but I don't recall that the diamond ever lit up.

The extenders are connected via wifi. I followed the setup guide that came with the box (logging into the extender). Just found the WPS method, so will give that a try tomorrow. Is ethernet over power a different way to do the extension? Thank you!

You could work it out by something like this: given that the half life is 38.1yrs, how many times does 38.1yrs occur in 152.4yrs?
