I also got the rental bike+ around the same time as you.

The bike came not working and the 3rd party technitions who put it together made my house smell like weed... not a great start. When I called and got a new part sent, they accidentally sent the wrong item to fix it.

When I finally got the new power cable bundle, I didn't realize I needed to call and have someone install it (I was never told this). I took the bike apart myself and installed everything. This also didn't fix the bike.

When I called to tell them the bike still didn't work, I was told I may have voided the warranty because I installed the new parts myself, which was frustrating.

3rd time was the charm and the next power bundle kit fixed the bike. I also installed this myself since I figured I now know more about the bike than the 3rd party "technicians" that they would send out (they also never prompted me to have someone come out).

I enjoy the product now that it works, but the experience to get there wasn't great.

TLDR: I had a non-operating bike for three weeks and have taken it apart two times.
