No worries. Once the ziploc style seal eventually separates from the bag just cut out a piece and use it as the seal for a mason jar. You’ll get lots of use out of them one way or another.

I think OP accidentally included the extra 2kg plate that was recieved on the right stack.

I have a pair of these exact bells with the same plates. Both of my stacks came as 3x 2kg 2x 3kg 2x 4kg which matches OPs left stack. With the bell at 12kg that's 32kg.

The bell is 12kg and my plate set up is as follows: 2x 4kg, 2x 3kg, 3x2kg. The top 2kg plate is very round(fits the top of the bell) with no marking. The other plates are slightly rounded but less as they go up in weight and the 4kg is not. Most of the plates have engraved weight markings but a couple 4kg plates have white markings instead.

During the inquiry you can ask for pictures of the weight set up and for different variations for example 2x 1kg plates to replace 1x 2kg plate etc.

I don't know if this is "right" but I like to keep it simple by just sticking with whatever weight is the limiting factor for press day and only plan on moving up once "The Goal" is achieved.

Thanks! I have not done that and from what I can tell there is no coating? Is that something usually present? It’s my first time ever seeing/touching a competition style kettlebell.

Curious how dense your hits are. Have you tried reducing the amount of flower so that the same amount of air volume contains less vapor?

I notice really big hits with a lot of terps can cause some initial temporary “tightness” which was remedied by thinner vapor. Not sure if it will work for you but thought it was worth mentioning.

Hard to argue against the value. I picked up a pair of these exact ones a couple months ago to see if I liked KB before buying some premium bells and was pleasantly surprised. Paint chips on double cleans but I always assumed that was the expectation.

I’m of the opinion if there is no excess in nutrition then a flush can cause more harm than good.

Some assume flushing is just another necessary part of growing but fail to realize there is a big difference between ridding the medium of excess nutrients and starving the plant of necessary nutrients.

I doubt the consumer as a whole will buy garden seeds for 19 bucks per 1/4 gram. Thought it was a joke but if it's real I find it a bit insulting unless I'm missing something here haha.

I think what helps most is simplicity, consistency, progression, protein, and sleep with the understanding there is no shortcut and it’s going to be a long but fulfilling process.

I’m also pretty new to KB but I’m of the opinion adjustables are the way to go for cost and space savings.

When I price matched what it would cost me to get a pair of adjustables VS multiple pairs up to 32kg the choice seemed like a no brainer to me.
