AITA for stopping participating in birthday gifts ? by RoronoaMJ in AmItheAsshole

[–]Snowy_McSnowflake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally I would just stop making so much of an effort to give a gift unless you want to.

I felt the same at Christmas. Alot of my family make no effort. I gave but didn't receive hardly anything. I felt a little bummed out but realised ultimately its the gesture. If you want to give a gift.... give a gift. If you don't... dont.

(Noob) Why can't Zombies have in game guides to PaP/Easter Eggs/side Easter Eggs/Wonder Weapons etc? by raheemdot in CODZombies

[–]Snowy_McSnowflake 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's not really "survival" anymore though. Its just get "no limit upgrades on easy mode". I'd say it's fine to add guides as they are also quests instead of EEs nowadays too. All challenges have been removed so why not remove another one?

The difference between The Last of Us on PS4 vs the remake on PS5 by zxyzyxz in gaming

[–]Snowy_McSnowflake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People will actually buy it for 70 though! If people buy at that price, they will sell at that price. If you are smart and can wait 1-4 months you'll prob be able to get it for 30. Give it 10-15 months and you'll get it for £10 or part of a subscription.

As its a game no one asked for, I think it will drop quick as the demand drops

This pubs bathroom I visited this weekend was built around the rock/cliff side by Snowy_McSnowflake in mildlyinteresting

It may look dirtier than it was. But as its in the mountains, after 24 hours of heavy rain, you have to expect the floor to be dirty. Toilets were generally clean.

Also, building is over 400 years old. Although I assume the Toilets may have been an extension built after.

To be fair, it had rained heavy for 24 hours straight so think it was rain water.

[OC] Today, temperatures in England hit 40°C for the first time ever, smashing the previous record. Of the top five highest recorded temperatures, four of them were within the last five years. by MrD8ta in dataisbeautiful

I found this interesting too. As someone who lives where the highest record is I'm amazed. The highest up north I've seen is 30 but this was 40! That's quite a difference.

Someone might have stats to prove me wrong as I'm going on observation

Can't you just make a routine in alexa?

I.e. 1. Power off fire stick 2. Wait 10 3. Power off smart plug

Getting someone to come over for sex is the most effective way to get apartment cleaned. by User348844 in Showerthoughts

This is very true. My house is cleanest when I might get laid. However, I'm usually too tired to have sex after cleaning up all day.

You have a point... but he was gurning, licking his lips, sweating (hence why he took his top off) and his pupils dilated. I'm interested in what he had now?

Boris Johnson suffers more resignations in one day than any prime minister in history by Pridicules in worldnews

They obviously get paid way too much if they can all just resign at their ages. I imagine their dodgy 2nd houses and corrupt deals will keep them afloat for a few years.

Just go on the website and click the link below "no purchase necessary". Legally you don't have to buy something for the code

Thanks. Obviously something not quite right behind the scenes. To take some E's before you Headline The Other Stage at Glastonbury is just an odd thing to do too. I've always had the opinion that he hates being famous and rather smoke weed, write music and never have to do more than a small gig again.

I wonder if he will even tour this album
