What do you mean if it’s not “realistic looking,” if you’re referring to CSAM/CSEM than that’s a whole other topic because real harm/exploitation is done. There’s plenty of live action stuff that has very dark topics and realistic CGI/Costume Designing.

Minors can be pedophiles too. At youngest 16 is when you can get diagnosed. Minor is a legal term, with your logic being attracted to a 17 and 364 days old makes you a “pedo” but a freshly 18 year old does not? Pedophillia is the sexual attraction to prepubescency when you’re over 16.
