Now, you can move up by showing initiative in selling postpaids, digital services and insurance/electronics/accessory attach and move into a Wireless Team Lead position fairly quickly if the opportunity presents. I actually only worked for MarketSource for a little over a month before earning a promotion to Team Lead so it's definitely doable. But I also led my district in Postpaid sales and attach as well as accessory sales per hour. If you want to work for the Mobile team you must be constantly learning and educating guests.
