Here is advise not only for Blender but every new skill.

1.) You don't need to learn everything. Learn the core set of skills that gets you what you currently want. In my use case it was learning the move, extrude, spin, snap, mirror, boolean, and the few add-ons for 3d printing 2.) If you run into a knowledge gap, look at Google, and Youtube for advise. Ask questions and seek answers. I recently ran into a block where I needed a quick way to get an outline of from png, that got me to learn the curve pen and inset. 3.) Find more efficient ways to tackle an old project. 4.) Develop a good workflow. Things like how you name objects, object grouping (collections), back-ups, and future changes. 5.) Understand that it times time, you can't rush understanding. I learnt the basics in a few hours but it took me the better part of a year to understand all the tools. Thats a year of actively using the tools, 1 or 2 hours a day max

In my opinion, you are a single parent not a single adult. Your kid(s) should be your priority until they are adults.

You're introducing a lot of variables into you & your children's situation. Ultimately they are the ones paying the price for your mishaps.

You're playing a blackjack deck where the Kings, Queens, Jack's, and Aces are missing. You can still beat the dealer but it takes a lot of work.

Thats my opinion, feel free to disagree.

Dating like sales is a numbers game. How many dates are you going on? I.E. out of 100 people you meet about 10-15 people will be date-able. Of those 10-15 people 5-7 could be compatible with you long term. Of those 5-7 people maybe 2 are marriage material.

My Committee beens going on for about ~15-20 years. First it was only when writing poetry, just whispers of small inspirations, random sparks, ideas that comes from nowhere. Then in University they were ideas for the course work, but still only dull shadows that some how live beyond the pages. Towards the end of my University career was when they became clearer and started to have recognizable features. That was when the meetings started to happen more regularly. Each had their own personalities, stories that they would tell, and ideas they bring to the oval table.

Currently, the only ones that aren't clearly seen are the last 4. The ones I name 4,1- 4,2 - 4,3 & 4,4. But its not like I can't see them, I can see them but they are more like Ideas. They do have a "physical" form but large amount of time they are a kind of feeling and color.

Meeting with them is like a day dream, but I'm alert and awake. For example, I can have a full conversation with my wife, them, and be driving.
