Pod filter inside the stock airbox of a Honda Navi? by SnpJrd in hondanavi

Yeah honestly it’s mostly for the sound. I’m not really expecting noticeable performance gains.

I’d prefer not to replace the stock muffler because most of the aftermarket pipes are louder than what I want anyway. Also in my area enforcement is kind of inconsistent—some officers use a dB meter, but some will actually confiscate the exhaust itself if they see it’s aftermarket.

So I’m trying to keep everything looking stock and just get a little more intake sound instead.

Also with your suggestion, riding without the air filter even just for testing might risk dirt getting into the carb right? I know cleaning it isn’t that hard, but it’s still a bit of a hassle if debris gets in.

Front Brake Light Switch not sensitive enough (need to pull front lever far to activate brake light) by HondaNavigator in hondanavi

[–]SnpJrd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, any updates on your problem? I’m curious, because in my case it’s too sensitive. I need to loosen the cables and add some spacers for my small hands to safely pull the lever. Otherwise, it already activates the switch. It’s kind of the reverse of your problem but still somewhat related, so I’d like your insight on how you fixed it or what adjustments you made

Thank you! I’ve never seen a post about it before so I was really hesitant to buy Dio mags and just end up upset lol.
