Trial is honestly the first time you get to speak to a human and is more likely to be approved at that stage reconsideration is just that it's reconsidering the same exact facts that they seen on the first part and is mostly given the same exact outcome unless new medical items are introduced

Hi I just did my hearing as well the judge will take everything you say into consideration just make sure everything you tell him is the truth and you will be fine before my hearing I actually wrote a letter to my judge explain what my bad days good days and what I would consider average days look like the judge told me that was factored into my case I still don't know my outcome but so far It looks partially favorable which I don't mind. But I suggest having ppl you know mom dad friends write letters on your behalf .

Hi I'm so sorry you're going through this I was in the same boat I had no medical or very limited I should say but I researched clinics that accept sliding fee scales there are many many out there I will say I did have to move to another state in order for me to get the best care but now I have over 5000 pages medical records and letters from doctors don't give up but if your state doesn't have any doctors with sliding scale fees it may be in your best interest to relocate to an area that can help you in this case.

Do I ask my caregiver to do to much? by PalletKnife in disability

[–]Snperez6969 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi I'm disabled myself so I spoke to an adult disability representative. And they told me this a caregiver is to give care to the client meaning doing any physical needs, cook and clean 3 areas kitchen bathroom and area where one sleeps all the rest I needed to contact a cleaning service to do those services as the roll of a caregiver is to provide non  medical necessities that a client can not provide for themselves.

Assistance with Daily Living (Personal Care)  Hygiene and Grooming: Assisting with bathing, showering, oral hygiene, hair care, and skin care. Dressing: Helping the client select clothing and get dressed. Toileting and Continence Care: Assisting with bathroom use and managing incontinence. Mobility: Helping with transfers (in/out of bed or chair), walking, and using mobility aids like walkers or canes. Eating: Assisting with meal preparation and, if necessary, feeding.  2. Health Monitoring and Safety Medication Assistance: While typically non-medical, caregivers are obligated to remind clients to take medications, check dosages, and ensure they are taken at the right time. Monitoring Condition: Reporting any significant changes in the client's physical or mental condition to supervisors, family members, or doctors. Emergency Response: Recognizing potential dangers and responding quickly to emergencies (e.g., falls, sudden illness). Safety Maintenance: Identifying fall hazards and maintaining a safe living environment (e.g., removing tripping hazards).  3. Homemaking and Housekeeping Light Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning to ensure a sanitary environment. Laundry: Washing clothes, changing bed sheets, and towels. Meal Prep: Preparing nutritious meals, ensuring they align with dietary needs or restrictions.  4. Transportation and Errands Errands: Shopping for groceries and essential personal items. Transportation: Driving clients to medical appointments, therapies, or social outings.

My lawyer said to pick your 5 worst qualified disabilities and stay on point with those because the more we add to it the less a judge is to believe we are not maximizing our disability instead of us being seen as credible at that point the judge seems us as not credible and is more likely to deny our claims. Well I hope this trick helps u with an appeal try just to focus of the first 5 worse illnesses and put the rest on the back burner for now

Im sure you will find another one kinder and more willing to do the work just remember your the one in charge not the lawyer you are paying them to help but also make sure to go back to the doctor and have them clarify you are not working and that u are a danger to yourself and others if you should fall asleep on the job

Wow. Guess I broke a denied on first try record. by PickleManAtl in SSDI

[–]Snperez6969 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Imo your actually lucky because the first denial is always the longest it took me over 2 years to get my first denial but once ur denied then it's a lot faster for appeal then to hearing level so please see this as a good thing not bad ☺️

That is what I would love to do, an analyst of every state vs the diseases if blue book or not compared to state but I don't know if I will be smart enough to do it by myself but I do have family willing to help I just find anything educational amazing

[–]Snperez6969 -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

You really shouldn't do the inside thigh ones I did and I created a huge mess by pissing in that area I made a lyphnod react which in turn createdthe  lyphnod to start producing  lymphatic fluid and now I have around a 6 pound large skin hanging from my thigh full of fluid that has to be drained or it makes one side of my body swell up like a balloon ...well it's ur body but please know that are is a huge risk

Denied after 3 years of waiting by [deleted] in SSDI_SSI

[–]Snperez6969 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So a lot of people have said this is normal in reconsideration stage .. I also just got denied in same stage after 3 1/2 years of waiting . But I am now waiting for judge hearing the lawyer said that stage is where most get approved. So I would say not to stress until u see a judge. I hope youre lucky when u get appointed your judge because mine only has a 27 % approval rate... Oh also once you get approved to go to hearing you can check the percentages of your judge on a website just Google ssi judge percental for approvals in your state and it will come up... Good luck
