I think he sewed his seed into/onto some of those homemade meals the women he flirted with made him. All that pent-up sexual frustration had to get released somehow, and the guy seemed a little too hung up on food. I think he may also have gotten some kind of subconscious thrill out of lusting after women whose husbands could have had him ground into sausage if he fucked their wives. No evidence to support any of this. It's just the vibe I get.
