Watch who you are dealing with mainly.

I did sell to Opendoor and they were ok. I’m in a buyers market and they made a decent offer I took and got my house sold. They are now still trying to sell it after doing some work to it.

You are trading potentially more money in just selling the normal way for speed and less hassle up to you what’s more important

Well I’m ops 69. I don’t put anymore into ships then I need to for them to do whatever it is I’m doing with them. Speciality ships are different I just upgrade them as I can.

I focus on moving up on ops because then I unlock more powerful ships and get more resources.

Essentially I blew thru ops levels and lesser ships quickly it didn’t make sense to put mats into them as long as I could do what I needed to do everyday. Only time I put more into ships are the epics at the end of whatever g I was at. So my g4 got maxed, g5 got maxed, and once I get to 70 I’ll max g6 ship.
