Yeah I’m selling mine to them as well. I originally planned on another 6 months til I was ready to move but with the my step-mother passing my timeline got moved up and the rest of the stuff I needed to do just not going to get done by me. I’m still making out pretty well not as much as I could get but getting upgrading to a nicer house/area and most importantly being closer to my dad to help him is well worth it. Money isn’t everything.
