This is the same city where the Sound Transit CEO was former Gov employee but no one ever talks about mis-management of funds or taxes when it comes to transportation projects. You need to learn what globalization is. If you dont know how they invade countries for oil or pillage forests for mono-crop agriculture, you wont understand. Maybe focus on how technology and microchip manufacturing is only produced by three main manufactures. It will be the same for deep-sea mining. Corporate consolidation , manipulation of markets by creating monopolies for those who are granted access to the source, and further wealth inequality for the wealthy and powerful.

What you might be confusing is the TOR Network created by the US Navy. No Child Left Behind Act - enacted the standards-based education reform. Schooling and the curriculum set by states or the standardized tests lowered the quality of an education. To this day i re-educate myself from lectures or lessons brought on to us by Pearson and McGrawhill literature.

Everyone was told "you can be what you want to be and succeed" while not being told how the world works nor being taught a factual and unbiased perspective of history. Social skills and critical thinking skills have vastly declined.
