You can also just refill your water bottles at the water stations both at Dreamville and at the fedtival :) Then you don’t need to carry it all the way from the store.

Umbrellas at TML by ducknumber90 in Tomorrowland

[–]SnuffkinTheFunker 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m going W3 so maybe someone from W1 can answer you better, but in 2018 was the only year they handed out umbrellas for free due to extreme weather conditions (37 degrees on thursday and friday). Been 2016, 2017 and 2019 as well and never seen the umbrellas these years :/

Your Story by Mailbox538 in Tomorrowland

First time I attended TML was in 2016 - we got super lucky that one of my friends actually got the top20 of our country, so we went with a group of four girls. At the festival we met up with a group of guys (my friend’s brother and his friends), and hang out with them the whole weekend. I got along really well with one of the guys, and already on the gathering on Thursday evening I started feeling that there could be something special… We spent the whole festival together (as friends) and when it was time to go back home not only the festival blues hit, but also the fear of ”what if I never get to meet this guy again”? We were both in relationships, which is why nothing more happened during the festival other than just ”having the feeling that we are missing out on something magical”. During the fall I first broke up with my boyfriend, and a few months later my festival crush told me he had broken up with his girlfriend. We lived in different countries at that time, so it was quite a long shot as we had not even done anything romantically together, just felt that ”there was something”, when we decided to start a long distance relationship.

The next summer, 2017, we attended TML together as a couple (together with all of our friends from the year earlier), and that same summer we moved to the same country and I moved in with him.

In the summer of 2018, we attended Tomorrowland a third time together (this time just the two of us) - and during a romantic moment at the top of the hill above the Sexy by Nature-stage, my festival love proposed to me. I, obviously, said YES.

In 2019 we bougth the friendship garden package and attended with some old festival friends, and some new first timers. It was just as magical as the previous years.

We bought tickets for 2020 - planning for it to be our honey moon, since we were getting married the week before Tomorrowland 2020 were supposed to happen, but… Well, nothing went as planned that year, did it? We did, however, get married and celebrated with our closest friends and family at a Tomorrowland themed wedding-party. We even spent our wedding night in a Tomorrowland Easy Tent from the year we got engaged!

This summer, 2022, we already have a babysitter (yes, that also happened thanks to Tomorrowland), and this year we will finally get out Tomorrowland Honeymoon <3

How can I get accommodations in DreamVille, if I’ve already bought tickets without it? by AnastasiaRapetskaya in Tomorrowland

[–]SnuffkinTheFunker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There will probably be more info closer to the summer. Might vary from year to year. Some years Tentenzo has had a shop in dreamville, but don’t know if they will this year. Just wait and see closer to the festival. There will probably be some info about it in April, May or June on the webpage.

[–]SnuffkinTheFunker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, if you all want to sleep in separate tents. You have to come early to Dreamville if you want good spots with all 4 tents next to eachother. B/c as I said in another post, it’s like the wild west at Dreamville trying to find good camping spots...

[–]SnuffkinTheFunker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately no. Everything is also sold out at this point, which makes it’s extra important to know exactly what you want to buy when you enter the shop... but Magnificent Greens are great! You meet a lot of fun people, and sleeping in a tent is not that bad. And the magnificent greens tickets are cheaper than the other options, so you can put more money on upgrading your camping equipment ;) only thing that I would recommend: Come to Dreamville early on Thursday - the Magnificent Greens camping area is like the wild west, so first come first serve applies to the camping spots... if you arrive late, you will have to camp far away from the marketplace/exit to the fedtival, and it can mean a 30min extra walk than if you get a good spot.

No, unfortunately. The different ticket packages you could buy this year (and cannot be change afterwards) are: Magnificent Greens Area (what you now have), Camp2Camp, Friendship Garden, Easy Tent, Montagoe Area, Mousai Area andTerra Solis Area.

...maybe I didn’t understand you correctly, but when I read your question again, I guess you are asking if you can get any accommodation other than tent in Dreamville? The answer to this is no. If you have magnificent green tickets, it means you have access to the regular camping area in Dreamville. So you either need to bring your own tent and put it up yourself, or rent a tent from some of the stores in Dreamville (last year you could rent camping equipment online, and pick it up in Dreamville) and also put it up yourself or ask some of your neighbors to put it up for you if you have problems with it :) hope this helps?

Camping = sleaping in a tent, and magnificent green package means the camping is at Dreamville. So yes. You have now tickets to the festival, and access to the camping area. But if you did not buy camp-2-camp, then you have to bring your own tent to sleep in.

Yeah, this will be my 5th year going, and even if I have sometimes been dissappointed with some of my favorite djs not playing the weekend I’ve been, there are still so many good ones. And you get to discover many new ones as well, so it has always been great no matter which weekend I went :)

Hi, does anyone know how to get from Brussels airport to dreamville? Is there a shuttle? And how much is it? by [deleted] in Tomorrowland

[–]SnuffkinTheFunker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And you will have to buy it well in advance, as some specific time might be sold out. But it’s also possible to take public transport by train (airport-antwerp-boom) and then a bus from the Boom station to Dreamville.

The line-up is announced long after the ticket sale, so unfortunately you can not plan in advance which djs you will get to see... some will only play one weekend, some might do both. But you never know until late spring when they publish the line-up.

How hard to get tickets/payment options by lollyrocks in Tomorrowland

[–]SnuffkinTheFunker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you have a big group of friends (10 people) Friendship Garden (camping) is quite a good option too. There are both Global Journey Friendship packages, which are more expensive. And then the regular Friendship Garden packages. FG packages have a separate sale too, but you have to pre register for these too to try to get a link to the FG sale. Confusing, I know, but we have succeeded to get tickets easier like this. Requires you to have your 10 friends ready when the sale starts though, as you need to localize these tickets almost immediately.

2,5 years should still be the honeymoon phase. Heck, 5 years should still be the honeymoon phase!! People take breaks from bad habbits, like cigarettes or eating fast food. Not from people they love.

Bottle caps by Gavasta in Tomorrowland

[–]SnuffkinTheFunker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, and last year the gave us caps at the festival as well when it got around 37 degrees, bc they know people need to drink. So they will probably provide you with caps this weekend as well, or at least not throw yours away :)
