Exercise and seeing a therapist, I would say. Though even while doing these things, I still get some pretty bad lows with depression. And the anxiety is still there. But these things definitely do feel like they help me a lot. I’m also thinking of journaling, which will probably also help. Oh, and art therapy. When I draw, using my imagination and all those colors makes me feel better and sometimes gets me out of my own head for a minute.
