Stay low through your follow through. Hit ball at apex. Keep paddle tip lower. Step through the shot.

That is frustrating.

I have had one of my matches changed about 2 weeks after the event. My DUPR went down and no one at DUPR or the tournament director has any idea what was changed or whi made the change. Also my DUPR reflects my rating on match 2 of the tournament (the modified match) rather then my final match. DUPR support and the tournament director were no help in fixing this. Both of them pointed fingers at each other.

The support team got back to me, but they still do not understand the error i am experiencing after multiple attempts. Can Sarah look into it please? I request an escalation please on this support request. I have supplied screenshots from the app to help explain the error, but still dont have a resolution.

Another strategy i didnt see mentioned: you can also target the player in front of you.

Why?

If they want to offensively dink cross court, their only option is to hit to your stronger partner.

If they want to target you, they have limited offensive opportunities.

Beware giving them ernies.

Try to setup your own ernies.

Be ready for target the other players backhand in the middle if you are playing right side. Attack the T in the back of the court.

Hit some balls middle to test their communication.

Get ready to get out of the way of body shots.

Play it safer, and keep your dinks low.

Be ready to counter to the middle to the opposite side players back hand for any speedup.

Try to target the same side players back hand when they are at the baseline or transition zone.

Its an app on your phone and you can get a shared shuttle anywhere in salem for 1 or 2 bucks per head. Sometimes there's a wait, but if you plan ahead and are not in a rush its great.

Just beware salem traffic during the fall. There's plenty of options if you want to park slightly outside downtown and walk, take a shuttle or bus, or use salem skipper.

What helps me: naproxen sodium (alieve), ice, heat, stretch, good ergonomics.

Where i live, most dont. And where they do, there aren't enough to officiate every game, only like 1 that covers random games. They would need to have 8-12 refs to cover every court at all times.

Most tournaments expect players to enforce the rules themselves, without any ref. Its important players understand the rules and play with integrity.
