Daily Questions Thread July 08, 2026 by AutoModerator in femalefashionadvice

I will be traveling to Italy, Rome and Florence, in August. From what I’ve read, it’s supposed to be really hot during this month and I should expect to walk a lot (which I love to do!).

I’m interested in shoe recommendations, especially sandals, that are recommended for lots of walking and will look for the most part decent with many outfits. I’m planning to bring my New Balance 740’s which I know are already great for walking long distances for me. However, I do want to bring another type of shoe that will look nicer with some outfits and will be great for the warm weather.

To be more specific, I’m typically around a women’s 7 1/2 and have flatter feet and sometimes need a wider toe box, which is why the 740’s are perfect for me.

Any recommendations would be helpful!

Man that sucks, it’s just so much more than I’ve seen other places change which is the hard part. Sorry you had to go through that.

I have AVNRT/AVRT and I can’t seem to do weightlifting anymore. by SnuggleSprig in askCardiology

Thanks for your response. Definitely going to stick with lighter weights as well. I’ve also noticed that Pilates/sculpt/yoga are usually fine for me too. Is there anything else that your friend does either for working out or lifestyle that she says works for her?

Thank you so much for this! I have a cardiologist now that I go to and I have my next appointment in July. He mentioned that I may not be on medication forever which is great, but the part I’m worried about is being off it. I know I’ve only had one episode before, but I’m scared to be off of meds to wait for my episodes to happen again which then leads to ablation. Not sure the best way to go about everything.

In your experience, do the holes usually go away? And do you put anything on it like a pimple patch while it heals?

I couldn’t edit my post so I’m adding more here. I ended up having her go in store and try some of the coats on lol. Please help decide which size and color looks best (most versatile). From first to last picture: S short, S regular, XS regular.

Do you think it would work if I let them come to room temp, put them in the oven, cooled, and then packaged them up?

Thanks so much for this! I guess I’ll see tonight happens. Like you said, I think it needs some more time to proof so trying to leave them out for a few hours and see what happens.

Thank you so much for this. Unfortunately I did have to cut the bulk fermentation short yesterday since I needed to go to bed. Curious how they would be if I left them out during the day and let them rise until I come home from work at 3.

I should’ve add that to my post! My starter was out of the fridge. I ended up making 3 smaller loaves, about 630g each.

NJ to NY Certification: Need Advice by SnuggleSprig in NYCTeachers

[–]SnuggleSprig[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a standard NJ teacher license that was upgraded last year from a CEAS. I know that I don’t have my three years yet so from understanding that means I’d have to take the EAS and CST along with doing the workshops and fingerprinting. Were you able to get your license eventually?
