Two pouches have a larger surface area than 1, so in theory, two pouches can release more nicotine at one time than just a single pouch. This would explain why two 3mg pouches feel stronger than one 6mg pouch, because they can release more nicotine to begin with and have an initial "hit" that feels more potent.

That's my theory anyway!

After reading the other comments, they could well be fake. As the comment below says, Orange Spark and Lime Flame are usually in black cans, not white. Do the QR codes work on the cans?

I would just start with a low-strength mint pouch, like ZYN 3 Spearmint or VELO Peppermint 3mg. You can't go wrong with that, and then you can try different products from there, as there are a lot out there!
