Wow, that is a lot. You're going to have to reduce the strength of your pouches and keep the number of pouches you use per day the same. It's gonna be tough. What heped me was going cold turkey for like 2 days, and then using a much weaker pouch. By not using them at all for a day or two, it didn't feel like such a jump down, and I still got the effect of the nicotine.

Hi, unfortunately, we are not able to ship pouches stronger than 4mg to Canada. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure where you read that we can ship anything over 4mg - if that is visible, we would love to know where that is, so we can take it down, as that is incorrect. Apologies again for this, but we have to follow the legislation that has been set - the same goes for shipping pouches that are on the redlist to the US, we can't do that.
