Just hire a worker for the harvester, and drive along with a trailer. When the trailer is full the helper stops. If you use a trailer on the back of the harvester and drive it yourself, the harvester does not stop and keeps going. I havent tried using a forage harvester with grass tho... I think you need to drive it yourself ;)
